Travel & availability
How we cover a region this size
We roster geographically, so your support worker is not driving across the whole coast between visits. That is what makes reliable, on-time supports possible.
- Nursing visits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across the full service area.
- Daily living supports are scheduled in local clusters, which keeps travel charges down and consistency up.
- Rural and smaller towns — Imbil, Kandanga, Kilkivan, Goomeri, Widgee — are genuinely serviced, not just listed.
- Travel charges are applied in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, explained upfront, and never a surprise on an invoice.
